Transportation

There are a number of ways to get here. Highways 101 and 299 will get you to Arcata if driving by car. If you’re flying, the Arcata Airport (technically in McKinleyville) receives flights from United Express. If you are using bus service, Greyhound and Amtrak both make stops in Arcata.

Once you are in Arcata, getting around is even easier. Arcata is a pedestrian and bicycle friendly city with local bus routes within the city, county, and greater region.
